Please read these terms carefully to understand your rights, obligations, and limitations when using HTNetwork services.
Terms of Service for HTN Studios

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") govern your access to and use of the HTN Studios online store (the "Store"), operated through the Tebex platform (accessible via studios.htnetwork.one or any successor URL), where we offer digital products, including but not limited to FiveM scripts, resources, maps, plugins, and related digital content (collectively, "Products"). HTN Studios is a subsidiary of HTNetwork LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15909786, with its registered office at 14 4th Floor Museum Place, Cardiff, Wales, CF10 3BH. By accessing the Store, browsing our Products, making a purchase, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all incorporated policies, including Tebex’s Creator Agreement and related policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Store.

We may amend these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be posted on the Store with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Store after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In case of conflict between these Terms and Tebex’s policies, Tebex’s policies prevail regarding platform operations, payments, or compliance matters.

These Terms are in the English language only. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the Store, and they are responsible for your compliance.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Store, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have verifiable parental/guardian consent if younger.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration or checkout.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable) and notify us immediately at support@htnetwork.one of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms, Tebex’s policies, or applicable law.

3. Products and Services

HTN Studios sells digital Products designed for use with FiveM, a multiplayer modification framework for Grand Theft Auto V. Products include scripts, resources, maps, plugins, and other digital content to enhance FiveM server gameplay.

You acknowledge that:

  • Products are digital, delivered electronically upon successful payment, and require no physical shipping.
  • Products may require technical expertise to install, configure, or use.
  • Compatibility with your FiveM server, GTA V version, or other mods is your responsibility. We do not guarantee compatibility with all configurations or future updates.
  • Products must be used in compliance with Rockstar Games’ Terms of Service, FiveM’s Terms of Use, and all applicable laws. HTN Studios is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or FiveM, and use of our Products does not imply endorsement.
  • Product descriptions on the Store specify deliverables and limitations (e.g., single-server licenses). You must review these before purchase.

We may offer additional services (e.g., custom script development, premium support) subject to separate agreements and fees, disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through Tebex’s payment gateway and subject to their payment terms, including the AML & Sanctions Compliance Policy.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Store (e.g., GBP, USD) and exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payment methods supported by Tebex (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal). You warrant that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.
  • Order Confirmation and Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with download instructions or access details. Delivery is automated and immediate.
  • Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for all taxes, duties, or fees related to your purchase. We may collect and remit taxes as required by law.
  • No Donations or Gambling: Per Tebex’s Acceptable Use Policy, all Products must provide specific, defined benefits. We do not accept donations or offer gambling, lootboxes, or chance-based mechanics.
  • Currency Conversion: Payments in a currency other than the listed one are subject to conversion rates and fees set by your payment provider.

Refund Policy:

  • All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law (e.g., UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 for defective digital goods).
  • Refunds are not provided for:
    • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
    • Incompatibility with your server, GTA V, or FiveM setup.
    • Updates to FiveM or GTA V rendering the Product obsolete.
    • Misuse or violation of these Terms.
  • If a Product is defective (e.g., fails to function as described), contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@htnetwork.one with evidence (e.g., screenshots, error logs). We may, at our discretion, provide a replacement, fix, or refund.
  • Initiating chargebacks or disputes without contacting us first may result in account suspension, license revocation, and a permanent ban from the Store.

5. License Grant and Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, HTN Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes on the number of FiveM servers specified in the Product description (e.g., single-server or multi-server license). This license prohibits:

  • Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or sharing the Product.
  • Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works, except as explicitly permitted in Product documentation.
  • Using the Product on more servers than licensed.
  • Commercially exploiting the Product (e.g., charging others for access).
  • Removing copyright notices, watermarks, or attributions.

All Products are owned by HTN Studios or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acquire only a license, not ownership.

If you believe a Product infringes your intellectual property, submit a notice per Tebex’s DMCA & Copyright Policy to contentandsafety@tebex.io. We will promptly address valid claims and may terminate creators for repeat infringements.

6. User Conduct and Prohibitions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Store or Products in violation of any law, including export controls or sanctions (per Tebex’s AML & Sanctions Compliance Policy).
  • Use stolen payment methods or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to hack, bypass security, or interfere with the Store’s functionality.
  • Post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews or content.
  • Use Products to promote hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.
  • Share accounts or licenses with others without our written consent.
  • Offer Products for sale that violate Tebex’s Acceptable Use Policy, such as:
    • Items not related to your FiveM server or community.
    • Items impacting core gameplay or other servers.
    • Obscene or sexual content.
    • Items convertible to real-world currency.
    • Gambling or chance-based mechanics (e.g., lootboxes).
    • Cash prizes or “play-to-earn” schemes.

Violations may result in immediate license revocation, account suspension, fund withholding (per Tebex’s policies), and legal action.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Tebex’s Privacy Policy and the following additions:

  • Data Collected: Name, email address, IP address, in-game username, payment details (via Tebex), and usage data.
  • Purpose: Order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, and marketing (with explicit opt-in consent).
  • Sharing: Data is shared with Tebex, payment processors, and other third parties as necessary for service delivery, per Tebex’s Privacy Policy and GDPR SCC.
  • Security: We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data, aligned with GDPR and Tebex’s standards.
  • Your Rights: Under GDPR/UK GDPR, you may access, correct, erase, restrict, or transfer your data. Contact us at support@htnetwork.one or Tebex at support@tebex.io.

Cookies are used per Tebex’s Cookie Policy. You may disable cookies, but this may limit Store functionality.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Products are provided “AS IS” without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee:

  • Error-free operation.
  • Compatibility with all FiveM/GTA V versions or third-party mods.
  • Uninterrupted access to the Store.

We disclaim liability for third-party content, including FiveM, GTA V, or other mods. You assume all risks of using Products with third-party software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTN Studios, HTNetwork LTD, our affiliates, and Tebex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (e.g., loss of profits, data, or server downtime) arising from your use of the Store or Products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question.

This applies to all claims, including contract, tort, or strict liability.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HTN Studios, HTNetwork LTD, our officers, directors, employees, and Tebex from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms or Tebex’s policies.
  • Misuse of Products.
  • Infringement of third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property).
  • Your server’s operation or content.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Store or Product licenses at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, Tebex’s policies, or applicable law. Upon termination:

  • You must cease using Products and destroy all copies.
  • Any outstanding balances are subject to Tebex’s Inactive Balance Policy.
  • Sections 4 (IP), 7 (Disclaimers), 8 (Liability), 9 (Indemnification), 11 (Governing Law), and 13 (Miscellaneous) survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

For consumers, you may access alternative dispute resolution (e.g., via the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office or EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform) where required by law.

We comply with Tebex’s Law Enforcement Requests Process for government inquiries, and you consent to data disclosure as required by law.

13. Inactive Balances

If you maintain a Tebex balance (e.g., for creator payouts), it is subject to Tebex’s Inactive Balance Policy. Inactivity for 12 months triggers fees (2% monthly, capped at USD 100), and 60 months of inactivity leads to account closure. We encourage regular activity to avoid fees.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it.
  • Assignment: We may assign these Terms to another entity; you may not without our written consent.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., server outages, natural disasters).
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, with Tebex’s incorporated policies, constitute the full agreement between you and us.
  • Third-Party Rights: No third party has rights under these Terms, except as provided in Tebex’s GDPR SCC for data subjects.
